My name is Dave Lee

As an older personal trainer at 46 with almost a decade of experience, I am able to understand that it's much more than eating less and moving more for most people. 

Dave Lee online weight loss coaching looks at the psychology of fat loss and how it can be very complex for each person.

 

I have helped 100s of clients achieve their weight loss goals and have a healthier, happier life. My approach is personalised to each client's unique lifestyle, including family, work, and social commitments.

1 / Why is this weight loss programme different to the others?

My programmes are very personal to me I love to see clients hit their body goals.  You won't just sign up and not hear from me.  I have designed them based on working with clients for nearly 10 years.  I delve into the psychology of the individual to see what works fro them.  I have made losing weight very easy and cost effective.

2 / Will I get bored of the foods and drinks you give me?

Absolutely not.  You will be eating and drinking the things you love with in your daily calories.  NO CHICKEN AND BROCOLI EVERYDAY ON MY PLANS!

3 / I find tracking food and calories very boring, can you change that?

Yes!  I offer two plans where I do all the scanning and tracking for you.  All you have to do is tick them off when you eat them, simple.

FAQ's

4 / Am I signed up to any contracts?

No.  All my programmes are on a rolling month to month basis.

5 / What results should I expect?

Obviously every person is different but if you do what we have planned together I expect you will lose at least 10% of your bodyweight within 12 weeks.

6 / If I don't enjoy something can we change it after we have started?

Absolutely.  We will work together and change any aspects such as meals, fitness sessions as we go.

What I have learnt over the years is that one size (sorry the pun) definitely doesn't fit all.  Doing your qualification to be a personal trainer you are taught how to lose weight "in a perfect world" kind of way.  The reality when trying to lose fat and get fitter is everybody's life including family time, lifestyle, working patterns and peoples love of exercise, the gym and sport is very very different.  

I have designed my easy to follow weight loss programmes with you in mind.  You choose what you eat and how to track your calories,  if you want to exercise or not and what you do and how you want to track your progress.
